Re: Videogames!

A lot of people are retarted and doubted gears of war will be a fun game. Well, now people have seen how far along this game is, and to quote IGN ,"This game will own you".

Re: Videogames!

Can anybody help me with the Half-Life-1 ?I can't seem to find my way out of that cubicle where Gordon climbs up to and meets the NCP doctor;and then those electric currents start dancing around this pod;and Gordon has to climb back thru the pole to a platform where a rotating lift takes him down to basement.(I crossed the deep pipeline down filled with Radioactive goo.)How/Where is the exit from this pod to the next level?
p.s. This level came after I crossed that damn Hydra headed alien /blast pit/and then i floated on the lift by that giant fan to reach the vent!!!

Same here, but I have some bad news for you. The new Zelda got pushed back to Fall '06, which means its coming out on Nintendo Wii. The good news is that Twilight Princess looks so frickin awesome. It will totally make up for that Wind Waker crap. They probably figured, "Screw it, we already lost the console wars, we can wait."

At least get your news correct: don't worry, the new Zelda will in fact be released for Gamecube AND for Wii. Basically it would be the same game, except for the use of the "wii-mote" and its unique features.

Yeah, basically what they're trying to do is get fanboys to buy it and play it on the GC, and then buy the Wii and buy it again because it will be a "completely different experience".

I hate fanboys, especially Nintendo fanboys.

Re: Videogames!

I'm a Nintendo man, myself these days. XBox and Sony are just trying to make games that look good with the newest high-priced buzzwords, while Nintendo actually makes games that are fun.

By the way, I happen to like Wind Waker quite a bit.

Word-of-mouth is not the best news source, I admit. Anyways, what's a fanboy?

My tag is Brainwashed97. Although my free month of Live is up, and I need to renew it here soon...

Someone who blindly loves everything and anything in a certain category. For example, a Roger Waters fanboy would have complete disdain for AMLoR and TDB, and think all of his solo albums are brilliant...not because it's true (I'm not saying it is), but because they are a RW fanboy.

I do. I mean, it's cool and "revolutionary" or whatever, but I think the novelty of waving your arms around to play your games is going to get really old after the first two weeks.
