Doesn't mean the DVD exists, just that someone has copied the PULSE video to DVD.

Might work on a multi region player but mine isn't and I wouldn't want to fork out all that cash and find I couldn't play it.

PINK FLOYD'S PULSE DVD UPDATE

Pink Floyd PULSE DVD
Pink Floyd's PULSE
coming on DVD...soon
We had a call last night from Pink Floyd's management, to let us know the latest on the long-anticipated release on DVD of the live concert video, PULSE. Whilst they were hoping to get it out in time for Christmas, certain factors have meant that they are now aiming at February/March 2005 for the 2-disc DVD to hit the stores.

It has seemed to have developed into a bit of a long-running saga, with the band and management very keen to get it done and dusted, but with various factors holding this up. The February/March date is is by no means confirmed though - but looks very realistic now, and is what the band and management think will now happen.

One of the reasons for the delay, is to make more technical adjustments and improvements. This particular DVD has a lot of complex features, and some adjustments to things like the menus has had to be done. The band want to make sure that this release represents the pinnacle of live concert DVDs, and so are happy to delay it if it means that the quality is just right. It now seems that most of the technical issues and cosmetic tweaks are complete.

Whilst talking to them, we touched on David Gilmour's solo work in progress. They confirmed that he is still working on this; he is committed to the project, and, apart from taking time out for things like the Fender gig last month (which took a week of David's time, what with the rehearsals and all), he is cracking on with it.

As and when we have more information on these projects, we will of course let you know... and our thanks to PFM for the call to update us!

Currently looks very likely for March EMI seem to be getting pretty pissed off with the project so if it dosen't make it out the first half of this year it may never be so.
