After going on this long, I highly doubt he's some old man trying to play a stupid joke. Just lay off the derogatory comments, and let him be.

Being that bad at spelling at that age is nearly impossible, my English was better at his age. And he's American.

Americans are stupid. Kids graduate from high school not knowing how to read. Not all of them of course, but I know a lot of people my age who read very slowly and mispronounce a lot of words. It's sad, but true.

American kids are as bright as any other. They are just victimized by a public education system which has been totally destroyed by the Teacher's Union, which is controlled lock, stock and barrel by the Democrat Party. This in spite of gazillions of dollars for public education in the federal budget.

The NEA (National Education Assoc) was established by Carter and has become a militant arm of the DNC. They refuse accountablility, refuse to allow competition and choice through "vouchers", (which has been a Republican goal for years) and protect incompetent teachers from being fired. The Republicans simply do not have enough political clout to eliminate this blight.
