Re: What Did You Do Today?

Had a pathetic day at work.

P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C. Murphy was working overtime.

"Somedays you're the bug. Somedays, you're the windshield".

'nuff said.

I'm going to go pour me a little rum. Working 9 straight days and I'm only 2/3rds done. *sigh*

Re: What Did You Do Today?

Looked around at some digital cameras. There are so many choices I'm totally dazzled. Any of you digital camera experts have suggestions? I'm looking for macro capability with manual white balance adjustment.

Made a drawing for a 12 foot by 7 foot elliptical steel floor opening "mudstop" plate so the yobs in the shop can fab it.

Read some old history magazines that I found in the house. Studied calculus for an exam. Have to study more. Crap.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

went to visit a sweet factory on Royal Deeside ( Ballater) today where they make candy using traditional methods. Seemingly they are one of the few places left in Scotland that do this kind of thing by hand. It was really interesting, but I thought that it must be pretty boring for the workers standing packing fudge all day. I said to one of the staff " how do you feel about packing fudge all day"? He said ..."well its a job, and someones got to do it".

Bought a Canon Power Shot A630 Digital camera.

Watched the Broncos play like shiite, pissing away any hopes of getting to the playoffs.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

I bought the BBC version of The Office, but when I put in the first disc, it wasn't actually The Office, but was, in fact, Superman Returns. Must have been a printing error or something. Hopefully that will be incentive enough for Target to give me a new one.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

Felt largely hungover after being at an unexpected party, met up with Sugarpuss and we both broke our 'I've slept with other people since you' duck, Lay about at home, synched up Sugarpuss' old/my new mobile with my PC, looked tired.

I watched a whole lot of Queer as Folk and bought some plastic cups for a party tomorrow.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

Got suspended from work for yelling at a fellow employee. Doesn't look like I'll have a job for long. Merry Christmas, eh?
