Woke up today and my throat was unbearably sore. I was going to call up my girlfriend and talk to her, and lay down some vocals on a new song I'm recording, and call an auction this evening, and everything.

Well, that last bit about the auction isn't true. But my throat still hurts like hell.

Botley - constant warm-salt-water gargles will do wonders for that throat. Stay away from caffiene and cold stuff. Keep the throat hydrated with warm water or milk/buttermilk.

If it is really aggravating, take a teaspoon of Cough Syrup. It'll soothe it.

But you're best of not aggravating it much, or you'll be worse off.


I decided not to go to work today. Someone is covering my shift, so I'm ok. I'll spend the day studying...

I once had this really bad cough/sore throat and my friend told me to make ginger & basil tea. It actually worked.

Uh oh, this smells a bit like a blog. And since I am anti-blog, I thought I'd let you know.

But I'll post anyways.

Today I've been sitting around, barely doing anything. I hate that. But I got a few dvds burned (concerts!)...hopefully I'll get a chance to watch them soon. I also wanted to call up my friend and maybe get together soon, but for some reason I am hesitant.

I stayed the night at my drummer's house with my bassist for band practice and we basically played songs and video games all day.
