CALL THE FIRE DEpardtment!!! Just giving you a hard time buddy. I've lived a few of those triple digit days in my life time boy I tell you what. You should see it here in Texas. When we get an inch of snow, schools close, churches close, roads close, and every major story on the news is "everything is closed! it's snowing! we predict it may snow a few more times this week! duck and cover!"

| Re: What Did You Do Today? Mostly I have been lazing all day enjoying my holidays. I have helped one of my ex-students with a mail in English, I have watched my DVD of "The Wall" again (as time goes by I'm becoming less enthusiastic with the film, it is so very bleak and depressing...) and I've been working on some guitar parts of one of the songs from my band. As I was doing so I have played a song I wrote more than ten years ago. I have played it in a different way and it has struck me that it may fit quite well in the band I'm playing now. In this new version it has a similar feel to "Where Do You Think You're Going?" by the Dire Stratis and I have got quite excited over it. |

Day late but yesterday I confirmed that I would be receiving a brand new bike to replace my beloved Honda Shadow VT750C (courtesy of the other party's insurance) and that it'll be a Kawasaki VN900. It's not my first choice, but, y'know, it's still better than the tube. I chose a Cardinal Red one. I'm just not a black bike type of guy, I guess.
