Over the last few weeks I have been closeted in my study ( my fortress of solitude) working my way through the DVD set. Up to disc 9 so far. I should add that Mrs E has taken a liking to a programme called Celebrity Dancing ( or some such nonsense) which never seems to be off the screen. Seems to involve male ( dressed like a waiter) and female (dressed up like a tart) gyrating around like idiots. Hence the reason I spend so much time out of the way. Ok Boris let's go......

18 DVD's...you're my hero...it look me forever to watch all 9 disc's of the X- Files...

Before I started the Thriller set I was half way through the Outer Limits (first series) box set and I am waiting delivery of a 10 CD set of The Avengers (vintage 60's stuff!) as well as a copy of Dead of Night ( an Ealing horror made in the 50's).

now where I am supposed to find time to watch all this, is anybodys guess!

Nope, the Emma Peel series has already graced my DVD shelf for some time now. This was the Tara King (Linda Thorson era) which was 68-69 ish onwards. Purely for the silliness of the plots. Fab and groovy!
