What Did You Do Today?

my son son took me and my wife to the Rock Roll HOF for an early anniversary present yesterday...i was kinda UNDERimpressed...

on the way back we stopped in Erie,Pa to have dinner at Golden Corral...i'm glad there isn't one of these smorgasboard places near where i live...consummed a weekly amount of carbs in about 30 minutes...PUKE

yesterday i mowed the lawns, today i should be weeding th garden beds but it's just too hot outside.
I've just been you tubing some stuff and playing on faceBook.
Does anyone on here have facebook?
Oh and i did the dishes, folded the washing (3 baskets full....) and about to peg a load of washing out.
How exciting ... lol

I visited the one and only Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee! This was the climactic finish to a week's driving holiday from New Orleans (during Superbowl Mardi Gras!) up through the Mississippi Delta to Memphis. Roots music at its finest and down-home southern cooking... what could be finer?

She did misssionary work over there, i was talking to her sister about it tonight and she told me how much she loved it.

My husband and I had our honeymoon in Nashville... visiting the Opry was a highlight of the trip for both of us

I had to go to work, and ended up losing my cell phone somewhere in the juniors department.
I sincerely hope if someone finds it, they respect my privacy regarding the phone's contents...lol

Today I played the guitar for my dying Grandmother and my family at their wits end (the mad and happy kind.) and drove back home to Austin. Now I am older.

I watched the game South Korea vs. Argentina.

I went to the mall with my mother and my nephew. I bought myself some new earbuds (the good ones that go into your ear ) and a chain for a pendant my fiance bought me. That's pretty much it. It was very hot outside so waiting for a bus with a stroller in the heat was a drag. Good day nonetheless.

I worked all day. Stopped off for a beer between shifts, got the managerial tequila hookup at closing time. Tonight, end wave party #2. . .

Went wine tasting in the McLaren Vale outside of Adelaide. Beautiful country 'round here!

Went with my mom to the Zippo/Case Museum a few hours from here.
Got my very first Zippo and proceeded to flip and click the whole way home.

I talked to my husband for a couple hours on the phone as he is still away on a job, and then talked to our rabbit, Gremlin, who is still in his cage and mad because he would like to be let out to run around.
