Me too. Got pulled of the nightshift for some shitty reason. Might do that again later this week though, or next week. Sure hope so, I hate getting up in the morning.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

I received a phone call from a (female) client to say that she couldn't turn up for her appointment as she had a crisis on her hands. The crisis......her pet rat had passed away and she had to give it the kiss of life!

Improbable.......hmmmmmm........any other females out there who have kissed a rat?

I've kissed plenty of them...it seems like that's all I've ever dated.
I have also kissed a real rat...lol. My best friend had a pet rat named Skittles.

Anyway, today I've been watching my nephew, I did laundry, and took a shower...
Not much besides that.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

Had a FABULOUS time last night. Went downtown to the square to catch a show by Howie Day (not particularly fond of him). But I was SO glad I went because I caught a fantastic band in action - Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers Now THAT's what I call a show!

Those guys were awesome. Great music - but more importanly, great showmanship. They were funny as heck and their songs and antics were silly and fun. They kicked Howie's *** big time IMHO I ended up buying two of their CDs

Well, called into work today. I might catch hell for that but I was so tired, there was no way in heck I coulda gone. Today I was just puttering around when a friend called in. Poor thing, she sounds all hysterical and downright sad and crying. Must be so stressed out.

So here I go - knight in shining armour to comfort an old friend.

Played golf today for the first time in nearly two years.

Being able to see again helps A LOT.

Talked to the girlfriend via telephone. Made allusions to Joni Mitchell. Cured cancer.

Twice.
