Re: What Did You Do Today?

Thanks. It was the first time I've taken it, so I wasn't too let down. I have a long way to go to get where I want to be though. I'm considering University of NC at Chapel Hill, any advice?

Re: What Did You Do Today?

It depends on what your target score is. My comp. was only 27 because I did exceptionally terrible on the science.

The only thing I did the night before was to get plenty of rest and not worry about it. If you want to brush up, I heard the prep guides can be pretty helpful though.

The only thing I bombed was science, math I did average enough to test into 107 here, and reading and english I aced.
I wouldn't worry though, and good luck to getting what you're after, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Went to school, turned in a huge project for biology, watched the fire dept. come and put out a fire at our school. Came home and did some homework, got online, remembered bout this site and decided to drop by............and here I am.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

Your school actually caught fire? I can't count the number of times I wanted to watch mine go down in flames.
My day: I was up until 2:30 this morning doing homework. Then, I had to wake up at quarter of 6 to register for classes next semester, and I've been up since then. I haven't had the opportunity to take a nap today, because of the numerous projects I've been working on (one of which was buying toothpaste, deodorant, etc. for a homeless shelter). So, now I'm going to get completely blitzed, pass out around midnight and miss my first...two classes.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

Jess and Brock :: I was a bit enough idiot to not prepare for my SATs which was why I ended up with the score of 1400/1600. While some people think I'm bitching about nothing - to me it simply shows how much better I could have done had I prepared a little!

I did better on the Verbal than the Science part... and English isn't technically my first language (technically). Go figure

Prep everyday and don't freak out over it. Give it your best shot. And accept the results. As long as you are satisfied that you gave it the best you could, the actual reasults don't really matter that much.

As for today - nothing much. Really. Lazy ass day. Infact, I left home for just 4 hours to get to work and back.

Think I'll call my friend in Texas - haven't talked to her in a while.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

I worked all day.. sale prep for tomorrow.. ugghh..

Then I came home and did a little graphic work on my CD cover.. It's coming along.. Long process though.. Outer cover work is pretty much done.. It's the inner pages that's driving me batty...

I suggest something like the inside liner of "We're an American Band" by Grand Funk Railroad.

Re: What Did You Do Today?

went to school, photoshop class, scanned some negatives for a project that was due today, didn't finish it on time. registered for classes next semester, seems like I'll have to do either power yoga or fencing in gym class...hell.
I'm sick and have been eating chicken soup all day long. I'll have a great week-end
