I made some kinda overdue projects for an art teaching class I have, drank a lot of Jack Daniels, bought a Swiffer for my awesomely messy apartment, and also got one of those dumb self-injury rubber band things. (Let's just say I feel like a total loser having to wear one of those. :eyeroll: ) anyway, I also bought some yarn to make a hat. pink.

As far as I know it hasn't been released on CD and if you listen to it you'll understand why... "Profiles" is rather good though if you don't mind its 80ish sound.

Finshed knitting that hat I started the night before. Went to the art building to finish a project due today, spent some time with my friends. Went to the college bookstore and bought Post Secret, then I went to my only class today.
I read Post Secret for a while after that until I went to Mom's with some friends for dinner.

That was about it, unless you count watching Sex and the City as exciting.

Well, I got up and looked out the window at the snow which had been falling steadily through the night, covering the landscape in a blanket of white. I decided that it was pointless trying to make it through to my office, so I decided to 'work from home'. The phrase 'work from home' actually means sit on my backside, listen to Neil Young 'Rust never sleeps', watch a DVD 'Entertaining Mr Sloane' ( wonderful black comedy by Joe Orton) take the dog for a walk in the snow, light lunch....can this day get any better?

Snow came here yesterday. Wasn't expecting it, it hasn't felt like snow weather recently. It's melting fast though, so I think I'm going to build a snowgirl in the garden. And maybe throw some snowballs at some kids when the school bus gets here.
