Hmmm...

I usually watch CSI (the original, in Vegas).. Letterman, Simpsons, that's about it I guess.

that new Surreal Life on VH1 is really a riot, fun watching
Dog the Bounty Hunter on A&E is really good. Mostly because of the fact that Dog is such a dynamic dude, busting convicts in one scene and praying with them the next, a real gas
Cold Case Files on A&E is also great, I would love to be a crime investigator for a living.
