Pet Sounds
I just got Pet Sounds and Ive been listening a lot. I think is such a great album. I heard that it influence the beatles of making Sgt Peppers.
Does Anyone agree is on the best albums ever made?

the album is excellent ! - I really like the instrumentals ( I wish brian would stop singing already & do more )

it not only influenced ' sgt pepper ' album(esp mccartney's bass playing),... " here there & everywhere " + " back in the USSR " r pretty obvious tributes to the BBs

Pet Sounds is one of my favorite albums. The Beach Boys are the best!

It's certainly Brian Wilson's/Beach Boys masterpiece. Brian Wilson heard The Beatles Rubber Soul and was blown away by it's completeness and considered it a challenge for him to create the greatest pop record ever. Then it swung the other way and McCartney took Pet Sounds as a challenge to do the same thing and we got Sgt. Pepper's
