This band sounds pretty close to Pink Floyd in some places. I've been checking out 2 of their albums (Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space, and Let It Come Down) and I enjoy them a lot. Basically imagine Roger Waters becoming a junkie and trying to make a rip off of All Things Must Pass. A lot of the lyrics are Christian-based, but the music is really majestic and trippy and awesome. There's booming orchestral parts, rocking band parts, soulful gospel choir parts, and noisy guitar free jazz parts. so there's probably something that one would like. The band leader's previous band, Spacemen 3, sounds alright too, they do drugged-out noise rock.
