I always understood that the reason both What Shall We Do Now? and When the Tigers Broke Free were left off of the Wall, were because the Sound Quality.

I have a bootleg copy on the The Wall tour that I have had for about 8 years (soundboard quality). I love it. I found no need to purchase the "Pink Floyd release".
