Who likes Pumpkin?

Who out there likes the Smashing Pumpkins? Will Corgan ever make good music again? I was not impressed with Zwan.

Oh. I like the Smashing Pumpkins, but I thought that since this was the Just Babbling section, and you only said "pumpkin", I thought this was going to be a pumpkin-appreciation thread. Imagine my disappointment.

I suppose instead of closing this DDT, we could turn it in my direction. Personally, I think pumpkin pie is BETTER than sliced bread.

Smashing Pumpkins I can do without.

I tend to think the whipped cream bastardizes the pie, but I guess I'm just a purist.

Also, pumpking cookies are great. And what do you guys think of pumpkin soup? I like it.

I like most pumkin pie, but the super cheap store bought, I dislike.
Whiped cream is also good.

How about pumpkin seeds?
---I like them but they are hard to swallow.

Ah yes, seeds are wonderful. But they must be well cooked and well chewed.

Yep, they are great untill you have to swallow them.
Then it's like eating crusty cotton.

Once the pumpkins are smashed I do prefer to make pie... I do LOVE pumpkin cookies..especially with chocolate chips.

A liberal application of whipped cream (or cool whip) improves just about anything in my book.

Now if somebody can find me a recipie for a Pumpkin martini.. then we'll be in business.
