Ya just grab it by the handles and fling it. OK, I meant a VC. No, that's not right either. OK, I meant one of those black plastic thingies with video tape in 'em.

| Re: What are the voices on the beginning of Wish You Were Here saying? Probably the correct term is VHS. I think the vicious one's point was VCR is the recorder itself. Hell, whaddoo I know? I'm no tekkie. It just occured to me that they look kinda like the "Monoliths" in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Those apes saw a big video cassette.

| Re: What are the voices on the beginning of Wish You Were Here saying? well, i don't know about the monolith thing..i suppose so. i thought you were referring to a VCR. seeing how some are in fact made of black plastic, and i took the term video tape as meaning the VHS itself. ugh, what a language!

| Re: What are the voices on the beginning of Wish You Were Here saying? hehe. Wingy or Ikky, which is the lesser of two evils? joking, of course. Um, actually, my previous nick meant next to absolutely nothing. I think Labyrinth came from some sort of reference to the song Echoes, and Daedalus was just a cool name/word I had come across before and liked. I just associated the two as complex things, the mytholigical value not withstanding, I suppose because I like to think of myself as having some degree of perplexity (though we all know I'm nothing but a simple creature). I don't know, sometimes what seems to me to be inspiration or creativeness just comes out like I was on cough medicine or something. I once had a handle of Purple_Inate_Munky_Pedestrian on an IRC chatroom..which other than it having the acronym PIMP, was just pointless. And I'm certain you wanted to know all that, `Icarus`
