Echoes: Are all formats different?

I remember being told by a record store owner once that when Echoes was going to be released (yeah, it wasn't yesterday) that the CDs, Cassettes, and LPs were all going to vary slightly to suit side swapping issues (kinda like NIN's The Fragile).

I've been able to track down a track listing for the 4LP version and the difference was Echoes/Hey You swapped places for Marooned/The Great Gig In The Sky.
I was wondering if any of the edited songs were maybe edited less what with a little more time space to work in.

As well I couldn't find a Cassette track list anywhere...

I'm sure someone here must have these on LP or K7 and can help me out, I'm trying to compile info on all Pink Floyd releases including info on how some albums differed from format to format.

Thanks.

Re: Echoes: Are all formats different?

I think the main difference is that the cd came in a lovely cardboard covered jewel case, the tape was on audio cassette and the record was released on vinyl.

Say picasso... did you happen to actually read my post or just title?...

I'm questioning differences in track order and song lengths... IF there is any... I found that the LPs DID have a difference, maybe more than meets the eye, and maybe the cassette does too.

I believe materials used in production of the mediums is bit obvious

It's probably an appropriation of some common Scally phrase, but that's pretty ****ing funny

I have no aliases, please do not associate me with any other person that has frequented this board. If you have any proof that I have been using the login of any other member of this community I would ask you to show it to me, if not, I would be very glad if you desisted from making libelous comments against me.
