link to division bell explanation

can someone point me to a site that explains the division cover and whole meaning. i know it has something to do with bells ringing to bring parliament back to session; but i need more detail as I'm doing this for a class art project. Thank you

All I can figure out is that it was made in 1984 -- ten years before DB was released.

Its not that i jsut prefer the sound of the band as a whole (i really dont like saying the "real" floyd cause that starts a new debate thatll never end)
