Missy Higgins
I don't know if any of you have heard of her, but she has an awesome voice. Her songs are really mellow, easy to listen to. I read about her in a magazine, she's from Australia. It said when she turned 18, she backpacked through Europe, then wrote her songs from the diary she kept. I love her lyrics, I can totally relate. She's not touring in the US yet, but I sure hope she does soon! Check her cd out

Hey, my best friend who lives in New Zealand, told me about her about two months ago. She has a good voice.

She's all over the radio here.. to be honest I find her a little boring.. but that's just me

She's got the most Oz accent since Jimmy Reyne. I like that in a singer, but whenever I try to picture the face behind the voice, all I get is Helen Razer.
