My First Song Post

I wrote this one a few minutes ago. Took me about 10 minutes to complete it. Maybe even less. I hope you enjoy it.

Day after day… it all feels the same.
The wind blows, the swing rocks, and no one is to blame.
For time and time again, I believe its true,
the sun will shine down on all tonight.

For the last time today, I heard myself say,
"I wish I could be to blame, everything is just the same"
I watched tv for 3 hours today,
and all that I learned is all just the same.

I would stare into the empty space,
and talk aloud to my imaginary friends,
forever is simply current ideas put together,
built to last and built to sever,
the test of time lasts not to long,
until you realize where you have gone wrong.

i dont know if you realized it, but the beginning to all three stanzas are related to roger waters. day after day is the begining to one of my turns. For the FIRST time today is on the pros and cons of hitch hiking. and of course empty spaces from the wall as well.

The next thing to do is to record it onto your computer and give us a link so we can all listen to you sing it.
