I think the above two are my favorites, too. But then again, I haven't listened to DB in ages. Damn.

Poles Apart has a great Gimour solo...One of the best off the album.
The whole album is phenomenal. A great Day for Freedom and Take it Back are my other two favorites from this.

New to this site...looking forward to getting more info on the 1994 tour as I collect PF ROIO's

Hello to everyone.

Welcome to the site, floyd4all! We hope you enjoy your stay - tons of info on the boards - just use the search to find it. Stop by and visit the rules and regs, and if you need help, just drop a message to one of our fine moderators!

I, too, like DB - and Wearing the Inside Out is my favorite cut on that album. I saw the DB tour (Yankee Stadium) - it was a good show.

High Hopes for me, and Keep Talking, although down the years I've had loads of various favourites. The anticipation before the release of that album was incredible, and I think it lived up to it.

Re: Best song on DB

The only memorable song on the whole album is "High Hopes" the rest is tragically unimportant.
