Sept. 11 / Pink Floyd

Not to be disrespectful to the events of September 11, but has anyone else thought it is prime material for either Roger Waters or Pink Floyd?

I am willing to bet we will at least see Waters write a piece based on those events.

Guess not...must have hit a nerve.

You'll see, people will remember I said this within two years.

It's early days yet. America has only just woken up. You wait. You'll probably see more replies than ever thought possible.

Expect the Nu Metallers to dive in first.

I think it's the kind of thing Roger would write about. It'll be in about 10 years.

i wouldn't be surprised if he did.

I don't think it will take Roger THAT long to come up with something relevant.

Now, relevant AND good, may take a bit longer.

I don't think he ever would, he would want to write on the war, not september 11th itself.
