I didn't really take the time to read your post--hey, I got a life. I'm not one to offer advice--you'll learn either way, it is just better to learn the hard way.

I can say that if you try and force things you'll both be miserable. Let her go, if that is what she wants. It'll be hard--on both of you--but you'll live.

I personally didn't mean to say that he SHOULD break it off. I meant that he needs to have a good look at himself, and see if he's really happy, this person, from what i can tell from a couple of paragraphs, is obviously not making him happy, and I will always maintain that you have to look after yourself before anyone else, my advice is to find a solution that will make HIM happy. But if you're trying to make her happy, and you're miserable in the process, in my opinion, it's really a waste of time and not entirely healthy. You see what I'm trying to say.. and dude.. you're only young, there are very few people in this world who find their soulmate at this age.

you need to talk to her and dont say things you dont mean, say what you actually feel and where you stand. if all she wants to do is fight you and change words around, then im sorry, but she doesnt seem like the right one. ive been where you are, i found that words had to be said and i found out the hard way that it wasnt going to work for us, no matter how much i wanted it to.

So after a week of avoiding and not talking...things have progessed.
No longer am I afraid to talk/hit on/causually make out with the oppisite sex anymore. I got a new prom date that digs me, and the weather is incredible.
Things just need to go a certain way sometimes
