| Re: Jugband blues???? A band of musicians in which the primary instrument is a hollow container (usually a discarded liquor bottle of the homemade variety), across the mouth of which air is blown to make a low-pitched "thooot" noise. Strangely, neither the lyrics nor the music of this song ever directly refer to this phenomenon.

| Re: Jugband blues???? For some reason Jugband Blues has climbed into the norwegian single chart the last two weeks (17 and 19). A few years ago the way the chart was changed, so it also included downloaded music. Some old hits has now and reached the chart, but I can't remember such a "rare" song like Jugband Blues being there before. http://lista.vg.no/show_list.php?Lis...31&ye ar=2007
