Did David write the lyrics for the Narrow Way??

We all know Roger wrote all the lyrics from the Dark Side to TFC but of course the Narrow Way was before Roger took control of all the lyrics, so does anyone know who wrote the lyrics to this song?

Speaking of the lyrics to "The Narrow Way (Part 3)", why aren't they printed in the booklet of the studio "Ummagumma" CD? Or is it just my copy?

I'd seen the same thing Talking Head had. Besides--if Mr. Waters ALLOWED him full credit, then that means RW didn't even write "a" or "the" in it!
