Household Objects

After the release of DSotM the next recordings the Floyd began working on were not for WYWH but were intended for a musique concrete work titled "Household Objects". Recording commenced and several tracks were completed before they realised they could improve on the sound by using their regular instruments. Through several inquiries I've learned that the recordings are most likely gathering dust in Gilmour's closet.

Isn't it too bad that those gems are still buried? Recordings, FINISHED TRACKS, of the Floyd from the early 70's entertaining noone . . .
