When was Pink Floyd inducted into the hall of fame? I know Corgan did something with Gilmour, but did Roger show up?

they were inducted in i believe 94 and i don't think roger was there. don't know about the corgan thing.

Sorry to be Captain Correction, Thorin13, but it was not 1994. It was, I believe January 17, 1996. But I know it was not 1994.

Actually, it was January 16th, 1996 according to the official Rock and Roll Hall of Fame site (http://www.rockhall.com/hof/inductee.asp?id=168).

But if that was a guess, ATH, it was surely a close one! :smile:

By the way, according to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame main site, today (December 23rd) it was the first time Pink Floyd performed at the UFO club in London, in 1966, of course. What a coincidence...

Hmmm...

Didn't Roger sign something.... like one of those golden-record-on-a-plaque thingys for The Wall?

I mean in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame of course.

I think they have some of the Bitro Bricks from The Wall shows, and Roger wrote some stuff on them and signed his name.
