| It's been a while... Its been a long time since i have been on the site, i thought i would start back with a random poem. heres goes... The light shines through the faded walls, The darkness screams through the broken glass, Then somewhere, a voice calls... Then footprints in the grass. A forgotten melody hovers in the air, A tune once played by the best, Left alone without a care, Just like all his rest. The sky is dark, the rain will fall, To drown the forgotten song, Then Mercy he does call, And he will for very long. I feel in a way, this song represents Syd Barrett, and him being deserted by the band. This came off the top of my head, tell me what you think!
