Mary Whitehouse?

Hello everybody, Im new here. I thought I knew a lot about PF untill I started browsing these forums. So I have a small question here. Who exactly is Mary Whitehouse, and why is roger so against her in Sheep?

in pigs (3 different ones) actually. i think i read somewhere that she was trying to censor music, or tv? and roger doesn't like that, i suppose.
