Re: They Are On Now

They were perfect. Apparently the cameras didn't know who that session musician was to Roger's left.

Re: They Are On Now

Yeah, what was up with the lack of Rick cam?

They were truly amazing, but I have to be honest, Dave didn't appear to be as enthused as Roger.

They were perfect. I know. Freekin perfect.

Gilmour had to concentrate. Waters had an easy part, therefore he could be more happy..

He was just as enthused as on PULSE.

Thumbs up Re: Pink Floyd at Live 8

AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!

Just saw Floyd!!! That was awesome!!!!!!!!! It would have been better if those announcers hadn't started talking during the middle of Comfortably Numb!! But at least we heard the solo, that's the most important part!!!!

Roger Waters has lost his voice. Did you see David Gilmour kinda smile at him when he tried to sing?

Roger was definitely feeling it though. That was so freaking awesome. David still has his voice and Rick and Nick performed flawlessly.

They look so old too! God it's weird having seen most Pink Floyd images being from TDB and back and then suddenly see them so old. But that was so awesome.

David looked like he was trying real hard to hit the right notes....had that look on his face of "Do I still have it in me...yes!".

Great show. Awesome!! God I hope they tour, even though it might be a difficult thing for them to accomplish. I would definitely pay to see that. But even with no tour this was utterly amazing and we were lucky that they didn't cut off the setlist to cut back to some Philly act. They let all four songs play, only cutting Comfortably Numb a little bit short.

Thank god. Pink Floyd is back. As the sign in the crowd said..."Pigs Have Flown!!"
