Toward the end of the concert, presumably. Specific times aren't yet available.

Re: Pink Floyd at Live 8

I've been looking at the MTV and VH1 sites to see if there is any info if and when they will be on. I have too much to do to sit around for 8 hours waiting. The MTV article (here) doesn't even mention Pink Floyd. The VH1 does (here), but doesn't give any times.

I wonder, will VH1 and MTV being showing the same thing, or will they have different bands on to expand the viewers choice? It sounds like it will be the same one to me.

There's a shocker! But there's plenty of menton of Jay-Z, 50 cent (WTF?), Coldplay, and Madonna.

Pink Floyd is an afterthought to the MTV crowd

That ranks alongside Lars saying ELO are slightly poppy as the understatement of the year!

Only two days now and we'll see it. The Who is playing also so that's enough reason to sit through the bollocks acts.

Re: Pink Floyd at Live 8

Is the concert Saturday or Sunday? I also will be gone, and i would like to be able to see it. Is it the whole band playing? (Rog, Nick, Rick, Gilmour) I thought they didnt speak anymore after "The Final Cut".
