droll Audio pronunciation of "droll" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (drl)
adj. droll·er, droll·est

Amusingly odd or whimsically comical.

Re: Favorite rock in roll generations

classic rock, you know like Doors, hard rock (guns n roses, aerosmith, velvet revolver), pop-metal (motley, scorpions, poison), of course prog rock, Blues (SRV, Robert johnson, dylan), heavy metal (led zeppelin, black sabbath). Another is Brti Rock like u2, coldplay, oasis... hip-hop/rap (eminem,2pac,r kelly), some punk bands, adult alternative and post grunge... rock/pop...etc..matter or fact i love ALL MUSIC!! (avril lavigne, britney spears and those kinds of artist I DO NOT CONSIDER THEM AS MUSICIANS)

Re: Favorite rock in roll generations

60`s, 70`s, some 80`s (Guns`N`Roses), not too much of 90`s (Nirvana)
prog, psychedelic rock
punk-rock (Sex Pistols, Clash)
glam-rock (Slade, Sweet, T.Rex, Mud, Kiss)
hard rock, metal (Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, Nazareth)
emm... electronic, industrial, metal, I think (Rammstein, and nothing else)

Re: Favorite rock in roll generations

The 80's

Heavy Metal bands like Motley Crue, Twisted Sister, Guns N Roses, Cinderella, Skid Row, Cinderella, etc... were a new generation of bands who used their instruments to the best of their ability, and made it sound good.

Also the 70's for Led, Floyd, etc.
