I got my Roger tix today !!!!

Whoo-hooo !!!
But this is strange. The concert will be May 27th...and the tix are already on sale.
The next strange thing is that there is a writing on the ticket "Roger Waters - the creative genius of Pink Floyd"... I was LOLing the whole day...Dear Rog is quite a humble person, don't you think ?! :smile:
Anyway, congrats to me and I'm waiting for May !!! Waaahhh !
But the only thing I regret is that no one of you will be able to come to Russia and meet me at the show...

I can't believe that they'd actually put that on the ticket. What an arrogant bastard. Figures. Doesn't surprise me. He still takes shots every chance he gets. If you want a reason why Floyd will never get back together, look no further. After almost 20 years, he still is saying shit like "they're too old to go on tour" and calling himself a "genius". He's a prick.

Poor JW, perhaps David will tour Russia someday soon. Doubt it, but never say never.

Also, perhaps it was the tour promoter, or even the venue owners or even ticket sellers who put that claim about Roger on the ticket.
As badly as Roger is regarded here, and probably elsewhere amongst PF fandom, I doubt he would indulge in such vanity.

Tickets haven't gone on sale here (Oz) yet. It's well over ten years since any member of Floyd has performed down here (apparently Dave didn't think we were good enough on the PULSE tour)...so I'm a bit worried about getting a ticket.

Congrats Joker...hope you have a good time. I'd love to see Dave as well, but you DO get to see THE CREATIVE GENIUS of Pink Floyd, so don't be too concerned

Well, I was forced to attend an Andy Williams concert last year (EURGH!!!) so payback is for me this year and luckily two - count 'em - two PF members will appear in London!!!

Given the chance, would I miss this opportunity. I would NOT!

Got my tickets last week for NEC Birmingham 21st June.
I still think that 108GBP is a bit much for three tickets!

Of couse you wouldn't BoaB. I saw the Corrs last year...surely that qualifies me for a chance to see DG.

Anyway...s'pose I'd better be grateful big Rog is coming out.
