Re: Great song titles

Me and a friend were talking about Ween today, and we thought of how many drugs they have done over the years. And we thought of how bad they're insides must be torn up.

So we though of writing a song called, "Sycadelic Insides", it would be trippy, whoa!

Re: Great song titles

I find dredg has some of the best song titles, since half the time they seem to make them up randomly:
-"The Tanbark is Hot Lava"
-"Traversing Through the Arctic Cold We Search for the Spirit of Yuta" (AMAZING song)
-"Brushstroke: Dcbtgoabaaposba"

Re: Great song titles

I know this isn't what your on about but the wierdest song title I've ever heard is "John Ketley Is A Weatherman"

"John Ketley is a weatherman,
A weatherman,
A weatherman.
John Ketley is a weatherman,
And so is Micheal Fish"

Classic!

Re: Great song titles

Bob Dylan had the best song titles in his day, I just wonder how he thought of them:

-It Takes a Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry
-Queen Jane Approximately
-Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues
-Rainy Day Women #12 & #35
-Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again

From Dredg an honourable mention goes out to:

-Hungover on a Tuesday

Gotta love it.

Karn Evil 9 Part 1 / 1st Impression and Still...You Turn Me On - ELP
Tarkus Eruption / Stones Of Year / Iconoclast / Mass / Manticore / The Battlefield / Aquatarkus by ELP. Yes, I know, it`s not one song, but in The Ultimate Collection it is one 20-minute song with this long title.

A200
a)This Time Around - b)Owed To G
Third Movement- Vivace - Prest
- Deep Purple

25 or 6 to 4 -- Chicago
C*******er Blues -- Stones
Just dropped in (to see what condition my condition was in) -- Kenny Rogers
Over Under Sideways Down -- Yardbirds

Frankly, I think the Floyd had the best song titles going.

Bah, that last one is just a remix of "Pet"...it's a good lyric, but a terrible title.
