Animals Synchro With Movie...

Go out and buy yourself a copy of Animals if you dont already own it. It it a very nice album to own. But there is something beneath it. I dont know if you all are aware that it synch's with Casablanca, the movie. First of all let me tell you that Casablanca means 'white house' in Spanish. And 'white house' is sang in a verse on Pigs (#3) on the Animals. All you need to do is follow the same instructions as the Wizard of Oz thing, only with Casablanca and 'Animals'. Press play on the movie, pause the cd on zero seconds. When the movie shows the WB Warner Bros logo, press unpause on the cd and enjoy. Ive gotta admit that Im a little bit confused, you can tell that it is a synch, but only for like the first 2 or 3 songs. They should have put more effort into it. But oh well, try it!!! Later.

Don't try it, its a waste of time. Floyd didn't intrend the Wizard of Oz thing, and they definitely didn't intend this synch. Totally stupid. Wiz of OZ synch was good but this one sucks.

You dont know what you're missing until you try it. And yes, they DID INTEND to make DSotM synch with The Wizard of Oz. They did the same with Animals=Casablanca, AtomHeartMother=Willie Wonka...(start cd at the black screen before the credits), Wish You Were Here=Its A Wonderful Life (pause movie when the book starts to open at the beginning, press cd play, when you hear the arcade noise 10 seconds or so into it, unpause the movie and turn down tv volume), TheWall=Alice In Wonderland cartoon (pause cd @ zero seconds, press unpause on the cd when the KKZX or whatever radio letters it says pops up on the screen, and turn down the tv volume), Echoes song=Jupiter...from 2001:A Space Oddessy (as soon as the scene before 'Jupiter..' fades to total black, press play on the Echoes track, you'll know you've got it when the first 'ding' dings at the same time it says 'Jupiter and Beyond the Infinate', now turn down the tv and enjoy)(they're exactly the same length too). I will agree that DSOTM/Wizard of Oz does match up, but the idea that Pink Floyd wrote an entire album to fit a movie, let alone all of their albums to fit various movies, is just ludicrous. They'd have to be geniuses, especially when you think about the technology they had back then. By the way, most of those synchs you mentioned, minus the Wizard of Oz and 2001 ones, suck, I know cause I have already tried them.

If a reel-to-reel projector, vcr, or beta, which ever was used back then isnt enough technology, then yeah they are geniuses, but if it were easy enough for Roger to turn down the volume on the tv and write an album full of similar-to-scene lyrics, then yes they COULD HAVE written more albums to synch than we know. Im not saying that all of these synchs are legit, but it makes you wonder 'what if they are, and were meant to be?'...Roger said he's never seen '...Oz' but how do we know that? Honestly? David also said on the Pompeii video something like 'no we're not at all a drug related band...you can trust us' and then smiles at the camera. Well if this is true, then why does it show him standing by a pot field on the cover of the A Nice Pair l.p.? To sum it up, anyone can lie. Its just finding the truth behind them thats so much fun.
