Flaming

I recently voted for my top 20 fav PF songs, and I noticed a lot of people who inputed theirs had Flaming on their list.

Now I dont want to sound harsh, because I feel all music is good in its own way, but Flaming imo has to be the worst song off of Piper (along with Chapter 24).

Explain to me why you like this song, please. What makes it one of the best PF songs? :P

Lol thats what I hate the most; the singing! :P

I luv a lot of Syd's stuff though, like: Jugband Blues, Astronomy Domine, Interstellar Overdrive, Scarecrow, and The Gnome.

I don't know if it's one of their absolute best (can't compare it to echoes or SOYCD) but flaming does have something special. one of my favorites on piper. that song just makes me wanna get high and run in a field with butterflies, haha. well the song just has a good and peaceful mood.
*hey ho, here we go! ever so hiiigh...*

Re: Flaming

I've got a video of Floyd performing Flaming at a show. I really like it. I'm trying to figure out what ROIO (if any) it's on. The only clues I can think of is that Syd kind of messes up and sings "sutting on a unicorn" at one point and it seems to be in France. Thanks.
