Did David Gilmour do Wuthering heights solo to get into Kates "Bush"?

One of the greatest solos of all time in my opinion but the question still stands, apparently he did the solo cause he fancied her and wanted to bed her but Kate being a feisty gal said "No your not wuthering my heights"

I think if you listen to the lyrics, that you'll find that it was Kate that did all the chasing!

Out on the wiley, windy moors
We'd roll and fall in green
You had a temper, like old Rogereeeeee
Too hot, too greedy
How could you leave me?
When I needed to possess you
I hated you, I loved you too
Bad dreams in the night
They told me I was going to lose the fight
Leave behind my wuthering, wuthering
Wuthering Tights.
(Chorus)
Davey, it's me, Cathy come home
I'm so cold, let me in-a-your window
Oh it gets dark, it gets lonely
On the other side from you
You whine alot, I lose the plot
No sex without you
I'm coming back love, cruel Davey
My only one dream, my only master
Too long I roam in the night
I'm coming back to his side to put it right
I'm coming home to wuthering, wuthering
Wuthering Tights (Chorus)
Oh let me have it, let me grab your soul away
Oh let me have it, let me grab your soul away
You know it's me, Cathy (Chorus)

Try singing along to this one at home kids! I know that 'Mother' does an excellent rendition of Kate Bush after a couple of beers.

She was only a wee lass then! What are you accusing the noble David of?

I'm sure old Davey boy was just doing his bit for new talent ,

however I think it can be said she was pretty damn sexy!
