Syd's Solo Albums

Are these albums any good? I am thinking of buying them, but I dont want to waste my money :P.

You could love it or hate it my friend.But the only way to find out is to listen to them.If you like Jugband blues or,The Piper album you'll probably like em.I would suggest a syd greatest hits to start with or the peel sessions ep it has 5 songs on it and if you like them you'll most likely be into the rest of Syd's catalog which isn't really that big to start with.Good luck.

Well I am "aqcuiring" the ablums: Opel, Madcap Laughs, and Syd Barrett. Hopefully I will like them enough to add them to my collection.

Just got them. OMG! I love em! They kick piper's ass imo. (with the exception of AD, and Pow R Toc H)

Lol the sound of his pic scratching against the strings in the Opel album is kinda funny :P.

The Madcap Laughs is probably one of my most favorite albums ever, I'm listenning to it right now, it's just so great.
