24 ct Gold Plated compact disc in frame

I Recently Purchased a 24ct Gold Plated Compact disc in a frame, it says that it is limited edition, and that it is number 379 of 500. it comes with certificate. and it all matches. but i was wondering wheather it is worth anything or not?

As with anything of this type it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I've never seen it before, I reckon it's pretty well worthless.
