ramblings of a insane mind

this is something i scribbled down a few days ago, let me know what you think. the title is "The Last of the Knights of the Pink Circle"

Standing at the edge of life, peering into a sea of doubt
All I seem to remember is past and all I seem to recall won’t last
I find myself wondering, will I ever make it back?

To live is to die, to die is to live
As if by chance, or fate, I find that I can’t relate
Is it real? Is anything real? Am I real?

Over the hills and beyond the bay
That’s where I shall spend my last days
In vast company of emptiness and dreams
Waiting for the coming rains
To wash away the memories
Of what I wish had never been.

wow, i knew it was bad. i was drunk when i wrote it, but come on, is it really that bad?

No it isn't that bad, I actually enjoyed it.

"To live is to die, to die is to live" where have I heard this before? hm well I like it either way.
