Well I'm sure some similarities can be found between the song and the tragedy, but the song was written specifically about bombs falling, and planned attacks hoping to create some sort of "brave new world".

i really dont think that way... i think that the attacks and bombs... (almost obiously refering to WW2) were letting down the people and "destroying" their hope of a brave new world... think you gotta hear the song again man.
