Ummm not quite sure on that (will check) A pretty lame plot..4 teens decide to spend the night in a Funhouse for a bit of 'pantie fumbling' and they witness a murder, carried out by a chap in a Frankenstein mask/head.It turns out that when he is de-masked, he is hideously deformed ( didn't see that one coming,tee-hee). Anyway they get chased round the Funhouse by the monster...okay... its lame but what the hell..it fills an hour or so.

Re: DVD recommendations?

Just watched Dave Gorman's 'America Unchained'( originally made for TV in the UK). Dave Gorman sets out on a journey to see if its possible to travel America from coast to coast in a '74 station wagon (Torino? not sure of the spelling) without giving any money to 'The man'. This means that he can't eat at chain restaurants or fill up gas at chain gas stations or stay at chain hotels. I really enjoyed the whole spirit of the journey and seeing the 'mom & pop' businesses and small town Americana. Its also a chance to see the friendliness of the American people which helped him on his way.

Re: DVD recommendations?

its tempting to give a huge list of my favs, but ill just give a few...
bare in mind that i like more...creative, unusual movies...

alfred hitchcock's 'vertigo' & 'north by northwest'

akira

a.i. (artificial intelligence)

12 monkeys

the departed

the prestige

freaks (old, creepy, yet wonderful movie)

the good, the bad and the ugly (best clint eastwood western ever)

fight club

who framed roger rabbit

music related:

nine inch nails: and all that could have been

plus my all time favorite:
fantasia
not really a movie, more an experiment in art and music

i could list more (and weirder) ones, but ill spare you.
