Question What upcoming releases are you looking forward to?

Just wondering if there are any upcoming album releases anyone is just itching to get...

For me it's:

Up until earlier today, I was excited about R.E.M.'s new release, "Around The Sun," but now I have it.

U2 is due out with a new album in mid-November, "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb." From what I've heard, it's going to be much more guitar oriented...I just hope it is more lively then "All That You Can't Leave Behind."

Porcupine Tree is releasing a new album sometime in January. So far as I know, it doesn't have a name yet. But it should be really good...supposed to be a concept album.

Just because she's in your neck of the woods and after 5 long months in The Big House she'll be ready for some action...

Re: What upcoming releases are you looking forward to?

I'm anxiously awaiting Porcupine Tree's release that was originally supposed to be in September! I knew it was gonna get pushed back though. I was awaiting my special edition blackfield cd but i got it a few weeks ago and its superb. A bit shorter than I would have liked though.

A Perfect Circle is releasing an album entitled "eMOTIVe" on November 2nd, and it will feature songs about war, peace, love and greed. should be interesting, and i thoroughly enjoyed their last album.

Although I still have not heard "Beautiful Garbage" I have Garbage's first two albums and version 2.0 is excellent. I believe recording for their newest album is complete but i don't know a release date.

I'm also looking forward to seeing the new deal at the TLA on november 19.

Oh, can't believe I forgot that...I too thouroughly enjoyed "Thirteenth Step".

Ah, and yes, Roger's new solo album should be interesting too. I hope to catch him on his follow up tour.

Crazy A$$ Tom Waits has a new album out, called Real Gone -- haven't heard it yet but I'm looking forward to it.

Re: What upcoming releases are you looking forward to?

Nine Inch Nails are reissuing "The Downward Spiral" as a deluxe 2-disc SACD on November 23rd (same day as the new U2 album comes out, not that I like U2). I need to replace my old copy anyway, it's all scratched... but it'll be pretty awesome to hear this album in 5.1, almost on par with DSOTM in 5.1 I'll bet.

Ah, scratches, yes they are a problem aren't they??

Would you like to protect your CD's day & night?? Well then put on a d_skin, and everything'll be alright.
