Reunion? I've missed quite a bit!

I haven't been around for a while, and I've missed quite a bit. I've done some searching to catch back up, but I haven't been successful. I know Pink Floyd did a reunion concert, but I'm a little confused.

1. So what caused Roger and the band to get back together? How did this come about?
2. Are they all friends now or what?
3. Where can I download the concert? I must see it. =)
