GORILLAZ-great band and writers.

Having listened to Demon Days;i feel that Gorillaz are great NewAge/Rock band.

They do make prett good music. I still remember the first time I heard their song Starshine.

I wouldn't say they're a great band, but some of their stuff is pretty enjoyable.

The name, it's the name.

actually it's just one guy, only he collaborates with various rappers etc.
And yeah, i dig Gorillaz

Gorillaz are great. Clint Eastwood, Dirty Harry, Dare, 19/2000, Tomorrow Comes Today, Feel Good Inc., the list just goes on and on. There first Cd was great and Demon Days is even better. highly recommended by facetoface, unemployed loser.

on the Syd barrett doco they speak to the guy from gorillaz and he is totally into pink flyd big time so no wonder their good, they have good roots

I think he means Graham Coxon of Blur on The Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett Story DVD. I know Damon Albarn co-founded Gorillaz but I'm not sure Graham Coxon is a member of the band, admittedly my knowledge of gorillaz is extremely limited so apologies if I've got it wrong. Coxon performs one of Syd's solo tracks on the DVD but which one it is I can't remember.

aha okay i'll chek that dvd, and btw, Graham isn't in Gorillaz, he was in blur, now he has solo works
