Roger sounding like a bit of an asshole again...

Well;some cats were climbing up the wrong pole;but TO ME the article mentioned sounds a bit too farfetched,even by Rogers Trait of Foot In Mouth Disease!! Surely it seems farout that Waters can even imagine such ideas.......Run Like Hell=Royal Family?/C.Numb-French Revolution? Revolting Rather;the Article That Is-albeit A Bad Reportage and Content Translation.

So were these "mistakes" made maliciously? Or simply some sort of translation problem or something?

I really thought RW had let go of some of his arrogance. I guess not. Somewhere inside I hope this artical is just a smoke screen and that they are in negotiations for a tour. Prolly not. He did say how much he enjoyed playing with them and wished to remember that feeling.

Man, I had the most fucked up dream last night. I've never even had any Pink Floyd related dream before, until last night.

I was in a theatre, I think it was screening a movie. I was sitting next to my mate. Anyway the lights had gone out and I saw at the door some guy come in with a Maverick gun, but nobody else did. And I was looking at him all worried and stuff and then whatever we were watching finished and the house lights came back on and everyone saw the man with the gun - Roger Waters! He yelled something about how he wanted to kill Steve Price who here in Australia is a popular right-wing radio announcer. And there was people running all over the place and Steve price was sitting behind me, kinda. There was a break in the seating between my row of chairs and the row behind me, where Steve was sitting. And me and my mate were now standing up and Roger reached Steve (who looked nothing like he actually does) and put the gun to his head. I turned away and heard this *pew* sound and asked my mate and he said he had killed him. And everyone was all silent and standing up as the chairs had all gone.

So I must have done or said something because now Roger, with an evil look on his face, was walking towards me with the gun aimed at me. I started running around pleading for my life then he reached me and I grabbed the end of the gun and snapped it off so it couldn't shoot.

On the car in the way home I decided to throw the gun out (I still had it for some reason). Then I decided to keep it and when, in the future, I needed money, I would sell it on ebay.

I think the main cause was playing Counter Strike the night before it. Oh well.

Dont think so. I love roger but i would like to think that interview doesnt read exactly how he said it himself.

That stuff about him writing comfortably numb is nonsense. That was voted floyd 2nd best of all time and it would NOTHING without gilmours music.

He certainly does have arrogance and to be honest i dont think its a good thing, dave could quite easily come out saying i wrote the music for this that and the next thing, im also a pitch perfect singer and perform on the guitar a shitt load better than you, its pretty childish stuff.

I dont understand that interview, waters had been praising the other memebers since live 8, which was great, why would he start slagging them now? If this is the kind of attitude he had back in the day i can see why gilmour and mason told him to go to f*ck

On top of all this, hes still a legend!!
