The Wall 1981 Concert Film

I have seen a lot of high quality concert film footage of The Wall being performed in Earls Court floating about, presumably from 1981. Most recently it was featured in the 'greatest gigs' documentary. Does anybody know if the whole concert was recorded, and if so, why hasn't it been released on DVD yet??? Surely it would have made an excellent coincidence with the 'Is There Anybody Out There?' CD release back in the day. The mind boggles! Is it something to do with copyright/band squabbles why this hasn't been released?
