Money Setup/Sax Solo

Me and my friends (2 guitarists, drummer, pianist, and sax) decided to play Money. I've seen Which One's Pink, a southern california cover for PF countless times but i don't remember their setup. I know I'll probably have to get a bassist or have one of us do it, but i was wondering what kind of gear and setup would be good for covering the song. And does anyone have sheetmusic for the sax solo? I've spent hours searching to no avail.
