Alan's psychedelic breakfast sounds

When listening to APB, I heard some kind of background music, and was wondering if anybody could identify it.

I don't know the exact time, but it's the second time in his kitchen, when he's making tea. I assume he's scooping sugar, or something into his tea, or coffee?, and there's some kinda upbeat la-la-la ing. It stops, then starts again, before his third sip of drink.

Has anybody heard this before?

I'm not sure exactly what it's playing, but you're probably hearing a radio going in the next room. They did record most of the sound effects in Nick's kitchen, after all.

You're probably right. It's even playing at the very beginning. I'd think they'd be more careful than to leave a radio on while recording.

Does anybody have some tools they can use to isolate the sound, or know where I can get some?
